Nobile on his music, Mellon and more "It's a business" he says.

"Before I thought it was right to jump right into the business of natural resources to only help and provide energy and set an example in being kinder to the environment by way of clean drilling practices. How well do I know about practicing. I do it all the time when I play. My very own music-making has enabled me to apply an art to my very own business -- the art of improvisation. We have to change direction multiple times these days if we want to make a profit and we have to multitask. It's all about being spontaneous. That creates an energy to keep you going. Still you have to remain balanced....". He went on to say, "I am only starting to realize the wealth I have in the ownership of the mineral and gas rights I have in trust. I own these in their entireiety by way of the two irrevecable trusts for which I am trustee and I will soon assign them to Nobilare, LLC. I can't wait to explain what it means to be a "trustee for trusts at Seton Hill at the lecture I give the morning of the concert. Everyone will love to hear about people from the local area being involved in bank fraud -- not to mention a Westmoreland County judge. I will see to it, however, that music remains centeral in my life and I hope those I approach about investing in Nobilare, LLC realize that I make money by way of my music, too, just like the right I have generate income. Regarless I try to can keep in mind that it's all about making enough here so we can give it away by way of The Foundation. We need to help the underserved, are helped through the art of for-profit, partially and alot by not-for-profit. Let's close the gap. I suggest using the arts to study behavior health and promote peace of mind and mental health -- business and Philanthropy at work. Notice I always capitalize "Philanthropy" so you know how much regard I have for it and the name I have adopted in this and other projects to come. This is an Art in-and-of-itself." Emotionally Nobile made it clear that exploitation of something is not a bad thing in this instance. "It's about living out what we have been called to do while and finding the hidden entrepreneur and tycoon in one's own self. Mine is a Mellon -- a "young hopeful" and Paul Mellon would agree. There is nothing wrong with giving most of it away so others can be happy so the investment of others would also be seen as a life long investment in the other. Just protect their investment. It's primarily in you, WE -- people -- natural resources in to which we can tap for the philosophical bottom line and point of my business by which, the greater good for the greater number is made an obtainable reality. Kant would love it!"

"Marketing of music makes money for Nobilare says member of the Mellon family.

"Blogs are important to virtual business" says Nobile.

"When I lecture at Seton Hill about Philanthropy and such, I intend to use The Internet to do a virtual transaction before those present. It's also active ministry and para-liturgical

"Overview" according to Arthur Nobile, Jr.

I own, in Trust, a natural gas well called Westmoreland 1, along with the natural gas rights to drill. I obtained these rights when my father appointed me The Trustee of two irrevocable trusts - The Adrienne J. Nobile Irrevocable Trust Dated July 25, 2000 and The Arthur J. Nobile, Jr. Irrevocable Trust dated July 25, 2000. Westmoreland 1 is part of The Arthur J. Nobile, Jr. Irrevocable Trust dated July 25, 2000.

I previously had 13 natural gas wells under an agreement with E.O.G., out of Houston, Texas. These were sold a few years ago. From what I recall of the production of whose wells, and according to the geologists who originally drilled them, individuals with whom my father still has a friendship and association, I know there is plenty of gas yet to be drilled for in this area and surrounding region. I have nearly 2000 acres to work with if you partner with me. I also have access to hundreds of thousands of acres through other business and social partnerships. Ms. Barbara Wells, philanthropist and business woman, is an investor and member in Nobilare, LLC.

Ms. Wells and I have discussed a philanthropic approach with regard to raising the necessary funds to drill a natural gas well of the "Marcellus" kind. This kind of well is possible to do and would be extremely valuable to a high net worth "investor" who would be considered as a potential member of the board of trustees for my foundation. As of today, the process for obtaining a 501(c) is being considered. Fundamentally, the for-profit must come first. Regardless, the ultimate goal for Ms. Wells and myself is to raise enough money to successfully drill, and as good stewards, to philanthropically benefit others.

For-profit and Not-for-Profit Administration/Development and Philanthropic Giving at Work

"Because of the good I have enjoyed the last few weeks, I commit The Arthur Mellon Nobile Foundation, Inc. and Nobilare, LLC to working with The Art Department of Seton Hill, namely Maureen Vissat, to establish a program wherein "The Art of Philanthropy" could be offered and funded by myself. In turn this could work well to satisfy a personal obligation, one to the study of Behavior Health throughout western Pennsylvania. This could work well with Philanthropy's call to support The Medical Arts, not to mention a Catholic education."

"A Great Day." said Nobile.
